What do you think this second print GK Logo Greyhawk will go for? I will guess not the $51 it's currently at.

Just for fun, what would a first print in this condition go for?

I'd bet the 2nd print will go somewhere between $100 and $125.  Maybe I'm not giving enough value to its condition, but (IMHO) there isn't anything especially collectible about the 2nd print (unless of course you're a print run completionist).

As far as a 1st print in this condition, I'd estimate substantially more.  Maybe between $250 and $300 ...or you could get a couple of deep-pocketed collectors going at it which nowadays may push its value past the GDP of Belgium.

Given the radical price increase on any collectible product, it's always fun to speculate on this stuff.  I think this auction will probably end in the $100-$125 range.  Given the scarcity of the rares in this day regarding collecting I'm glad I limited myself to certain things I wanted to buy.  It's funny because some products I bought years ago I thought I paid too high.  Nowadays, it seems like I got a bargain.  This collecting hobby isn't getting cheaper.  I'm just glad I got what I wanted when I did.

Edit, to answer the first print question, I think close to $200. Maybe more if other collectors are searching for this like I was years ago.

Interesting how the seller states complete and intact and then mentions that some center pages have detached.

I thought the same. Seems it may be quite a ragged copy based the cover, the lack of interior pics and the BIN.

This was my "Fun Find" of the year for 2015.  A prominent on-line rpg business listed a copy described accurately as a first print (56 pages), but not really accurately as in 'poor' condition - for $25.  No picture, but I figured I would take a chance.   I figured, even if it's a mess, it would be fun to own.  I was very pleasantly surprised :)  A bit of wear to the cover, somewhat typical for the textured paper.  No marks inside, solid staples, just a bit of fluff along the spine & the previous owner's name.  A nice solid copy.

Actually got bit of a thrill when I opened it to see the previous owner had signed his name - at a first glance I mistook it at first for a very famous rpg author.  Glenn Staffield, lol.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

Shoulda been: ".. from Pangreenia to Floratopolis, from mystical Treeonia of spectral Forests to Schruborial dimensions." - The Forests of Leng

This would mean that the "$100-$125" camp wins this one :-).  I'd like start off thanking my wife and kids - they are my inspiration, my eight grade math teacher who taught me the mysterious range of 100-125, and of course we can't forget Foulfoot - for without him, there wouldn't be a platform to shine :-).

Would anyone care to play again?

This week we have a 3rd Edition, 2nd print Chainmail that is at $51 + $5 shipping (for my location). Seems to be a lot of interest early on.

I'm guesstimating $75 for this one.
