Acaeum states that the first and second print mention "hobbits" in encounter 43 on level 6.

I have a second print that mentions halflings, and I just had a conversation with a collector that has several early prints, none of which mention hobbits.

Is there anyone out there with an early printing of this that actually does mention Hobbits, and if so, would you mind posting a pic of the encounter?

Well thank you very much! Looks like it DOES exist!

So there are more printings between the Acaeum 1st and 2nd, it seems.

Oddly enough, my second print has Halflings and my third has Hobbits. I'm sure that's how they were when I received them, but who knows how much mix and matching went on with these before I got them.

The mystery thickens - huh. I noticed some discrepancy in the scans here too - in regards to the R symbol on the Dungeons and Dragons.

Who knows. It's kind of nice to find a mystery, I guess.
