The title says it all. I will shortly start e-bay listing my duplicate items to bring in some cash flow to replace my lost Dragon and Dungeon magazine collection.

Who do I poke to ask for permission to reference (via url link) the Acaeum's grading convention in my listings?

That would be me... but no permission required!  I don't consider the grading scale copyrighted, or copyrightable.  And you can link to any page on the site to your heart's content.
