Since there are many eBay sellers on this site, I think it would be good to have a database of eBay buyers to avoid.

So far, up to this point I have only had to open Unpaid Item Cases against problem buyers. Generally, I block them immediately after the case is resolved, and that is that.

This is my contribution, and hopefully my only one---and a real shame, too, because this person won my trust by purchasing multiple inexpensive items from me, and gradually paying for them without fail. I bent over backwards for him because he was buying up items that normally would have been combined in a budget lot:

This person misled and deceived me by promising to pay for inexpensive things on a gradual basis, which was fine because he had (to that point) paid for everything . This is the only time I have ever made such an arrangement, since normally I open Unpaid Items within two weeks after the auctions' ending. But then he stopped paying completely. I wrote up an arrangement for him to pay certain items by certain times, or I would open an Unpaid Item case for items not paid by the printed deadlines. To my dismay I found I could no longer open an Unpaid Item Case since the item in question (a plain old Fiend Folio) was won on Aug 25th, and the time to file UIC for that item has come and gone. Meanwhile, six other items remain. So my arrangement has been violated. I have reported him on eBay in the meantime, hoping at least to recover the lost Final Value Fees, and maybe for eBay to take measures at their discretion. If my bad experience (which has been annoying more than everything else, since the items in question are not even remotely rare or especially desirable) helps fellow Acaeum people take note and perhaps block his bids (which I will do pending the results of my reporting) then perhaps something constructive will  come out of this, after all.

Note his feedback: Much overall enthusiasm, but several recent comments about very slow payments. Has any other eBay seller on this forum  had issues with this buyer?

Also, please list other "problem buyers" so the sellers in this community can use preventative measures to updated their blocked-bidder lists. Thank you
