We have something like that. Someone took the Player's Handbook, Dungeons Master's Guide and Unearthed and had them bound together in a single hardback volume titled "PUD".

I have a "reskinned" Rules Cyclopedia I bought off of Ebay a few years back, literally reskinned in black rabbit fur and red suede. Apparently red candle wax or something got spilled on it and stained some pages so the previous owner covered it with the fur ans sued and glued a number of pewter occult and fantasy charms tot he exterior. Not quite the massive tome of goodness shown above but pretty cool in it's own way.
