Does anybody know where I can find a definitive list of parts for the 1975 edition of Dungeon!?  I've poked around at Board Game Geek and other sites and can find good lists for the 1980 version but no luck with the original.  Mostly interested in the quantity of each card... I think I may have a more than complete set here. Thanks in advance!

I just looked in mine to see what kind of inventory I used to verify its completeness when I first got it (usually, if a game's rules don't include an inventory, I print something from the web and check everything off and keep it with the game), and there's nothing there. I'm guessing I couldn't find anything, either. I must have been convinced it was complete, though. Are there exactly enough cards to put one monster and treasure in each room and three monsters in each chamber? IIRC that's the edition that recommends you set the whole game up like that at the beginning of each game (ha - who does that?). That might be how I verified mine.

Yes, that adds up perfectly! I completely forgot about the three per chamber thing. Thanks!

Looks like you found your answer, but I have a blog post that has the card #s for each level for the 1975 and 1981. I think I found the info on BGG originally.

Yep, that's an exact match for the numbers I came up with. Thanks for the confirmation!

Someday I'd like to get a nice copy of the 1980s version that I had as a kid.  Loved that game.  Years later I foolishly gave it away.  Wish I still had it now!

Dungeon is hard to collect because it has so many loose pieces (the cards) and it's tough to find a complete one in good shape.

I bought the new edition a few years ago, and in fact just played a couple games of it with my daughter last night.    :D

Dungeon! is a great introduction for kids to the process and concepts for D&D! :D
