Sooooo, here's a pet peeve of mine when cruising for sale posts on ebay, RPG geek, etc.,etc.

I cannot stand it, absolutely drives me nuts when item(s) have been listed with no mention of a copyright or release date!

Drives me nuts!  I collect RPG/Wargame/Related Toys & Products from 1970-1990 or so.  So when I see something I'm not familiar with I'd like to know what year it's from.

Anyone else this bothers?

Yes that irks me as well, also lack of condition comments, and poor pictures

Regarding copyright date, it is probably manufacturers to blame more than anyone. They inconsiderately fail to think about how their products will be categorized by obsessive-compulsives decades in the future. So TSR put a 1981 date on its face logo, leading sellers to list everything with a face logo as 1981.
