blackdougal wrote in Anyone familiar with "Races of Eberron"?:Mine includes it as well, right after the survey form at the back of the book.  It's a 20-page sample that's attached to the flyleaf.  I pretty much bought all 3rd edition stuff straight out of the shipping box the day it released (I was working at a game store during that time period).  Early copies probably all included the promo, later ones didn't.  I don't think there was ever a second print on this particular book.
