It's finally as finished as I can make it... I've compiled a listing of everything I could find from OD&D all the way through 3.5e.
If someone more knowledgeable than myself would volunteer to have a look to make sure I didn't completely muck some of the listings up, please send me a PM with your email address and I'll forward a copy to you. It's an Excel spreadsheet and it's pretty large.

Thanks for all the information that people have provided along the way, it has been appreciated!

Send me a PM with your email and I'll send the Excel spreadsheet and the searchable Access database that I've been working on.

If you've been sent a copy of the spreadsheet and the database, can you please send me some feedback on it so I know what to fix? Thanks!

Huge thank you to Arnaud for pointing out some errors in the list! I've made appropriate corrections to the spreadsheet.
Please.... If you have a copy, let me know if you find any errors that need correction. I've already submitted a correction to RPGGeek and RPG.net for a listing that they had wrong that I used.
Again, if you would like a copy for your personal use, send me a PM with your email address and whether or not you want the spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel .xlsx), the database (Microsoft Access .accdb) or both.
The database is fully searchable and I am working on updating it so that you can edit your own entries without the hassle of changing the actual tables.
