Anyone have a wizard art 1E Player's Handbook with a sticker on the lower right cover saying "The Original, Uncut Player's Handbook in TSR's Attractive New Cover"? This is the only sticker of this kind I can recall seeing; it is on the weirdly-blue colored PHB I found a while back. The archives state that the first batch had them, but how many were in the batch? Aside from the Trampier cover art reference, the first page after the flyleaf has no boxed addresses for either the U.S. or U.K. offices. Were these added in the second and subsequent batches?

One of the guys in my playgroup has one, which had caught my eye when I first started playing with them.  Since then, I've seen a number of these on eBay, so I think they're relatively common (in the grand scheme of things).

Thanks, guys! So I guess I shouldn't sell it at $1,000? Unless I'm Cougarretard, of course....

They're not that rare. Somewhat rarer is the third UK printing of this edition which has a weird matt finish to the cover and includes the 'sticker' as an integral part of the cover (i.e. not a sticker at all).
