Can anyone help distinguish prints of a few Basic/1E items?

1. A1 1st print....can someone upload pics of small circular blemishes on them on interior illustrations (on pages 10, 12, and 14) please?
2. G1-2-3 2nd print .... does someone have pics of scratch marks from previous printing that were cleaned up to show the differences?
3. C1 .... 5th and 6th prints....any other way to distinguish prints other than open original packaging to see if the text booklet is in the illustration booklet or the illustration booklet is in the text booklet? Most used C1 modules have the booklets already separated.
4. Basic Rules, The New Easy to Master D&D game....does anyone have pics of the two covers, one out of focus one in focus to distinguish them?

Thanks!

On the A1 and G module I thought someone had posted photos of those in the past... maybe Zenopus? My searches havent come up with anything, but I'll keep looking.

The A1 "actual" 1st print is 1/4" taller than the other printings, but unfortunately the Acaeum does not list them as such. This is true of all of the modules of this era (I'm not sre of the exact dates, but I would hazard a guess of 1980-1981. I assume what you are trying to do is put appropriate parts together, so stack your booklet up against another A1, and if it's taller by 3/16 to 4/16 of an inch, you have the actual 1st printing. As to your actual question, no I'm sorry, my copies are all in shrinkwrap (which is not a condition, merely proof that if original shrinkwrap, that it has not been written in).

Shrink is not a condition

A1 can be seen on the Tome here: Tome of Treasures :: View topic - A1 Slave Pits of the Undercity (1980)

I'll repost them also:

What is the difference in the pictures posted above? I cannot see anything other than a few circles in the black background.

Does anyone have open G1-2-3 and brown cover C1 to answer the questions? Or who should I ask that would definitely know?

For the G1-2-3 the description clearly says that second print is unconfirmed. If it's been unconfirmed for this long, I'd hazard a guess that it doesn't exist. Also, that is not an older module that would have had those printing problems to necessitate another printing. The ISBN and product number changes are how they usually denoted another print. The third print description is what I've been using for second print.

As for the C1 5th and 6th print, the only way I could see you knowing FOR SURE which booklet came inside which other booklet would be if you had them in the original shrink and then opened them. Otherwise, who the heck knows how they were mixed up or stored?

Ok so that answers the questions for C1, A1, and G1-2-3. Does anyone have pics of the two different color covers of N1 Against the Cult of the Reptile God? Are the dark brown and light brown colors easy or ore subtle to distinguish?

Thanks, Jon

Kind of a subtle difference, but looks like one is more tan/olive brown and the other is darker brown. Right?

I wish I could pull them out and take a pic side by side but I cant. I think there is a definite difference when you have them next to each other. Going from memory here so take that with a grain of salt.

The ones here show a bigger difference:
