I've searched everywhere I can think of and I can't find much information on 2nd Edition printings. Specifically, I'm looking for any information on print runs for Tome of Magic. I know there were at least two, but I would like to have information on the differences. Thanks!

That's where I've gotten most of my information, but I'm still missing pieces. They've got information on the first and second printing, then it jumps to seventh printing.
