I am not confident I know all the answers to the questions you are asking, but I'll get things started. First of all, glad you received your print. The negatives were destroyed long ago, so if you had not received your print, you'd be.... cooked. We try to give plenty of time for everyone to communicate their print reception status. Badmike does a great job shipping, and he hasn't had a significant print damage episode yet! Tubes have been damaged, but not prints.
Two Erol prints did go up for auction, one several years ago and the other two cons back, I believe. Badmike would definitely know the answer to this. They sold for more than they originally sold for, but I can't remember by how much. Double, perhaps?
Erol was pleased with the project, and continues to attend NTX as he is able. Recently, NTX was able to convince Erol to contribute the original painting to the con and it was displayed at the most recent con. This is great for the con and for all us who now hold a LE print. The art committee only held the right to further LE prints for five years, a time span which has now passed. Erol could have produced additional LE prints if he wanted, but he apparently didn't. NTX is not going to produced any LE prints that I know of, so that makes our 65 LE prints rare indeed.
The committee did discuss the idea of a module, and we liked the idea, but no one wanted to write it or had the time. We did produce a brand-new monster, the Holaki, which was named by Erol. I think grodog produced and edited the stat block and description for the monster which was included as a bonus with each print. However, I personally wrote a module which was included as a bonus with the second print. There was no bonus item with the third print by Elmore. The committee is always open to ideas if someone wanted to write an adventure based on the print and the Holaki.

Truth is worth finding and life is too short to work for money.
