Has anyone ever seen/heard of this? Second Edition, I know, but I've never seen/heard of it before, it looks interesting.

Yes, it's a rehash of the previous boxed sets, one of a number reboots for a number of years.

I think it added a CD component with pre-recorded tracks for various adventure bits.

Just one of the many re-releases of existing products in the end of days for our beloved company.
