looking back over some auctions in December and came across this specialized logo for licensed toys. pretty sure I dont remember seeing this one before. I looked at some packaging for toys but didn't see this same one used on any of them yet.

thanks guys.
I looked at a ton of other LJN packaging but never found that logo again other than this sheet

hopefully Paul or whoever won that(maybe Justin?) could provide a better photo or scan.

I'm revising the title of this thread to have the date as 1982/1983 instead of 1984 (I don't remember if it was a typo on my part when I created this thread). I read a gossip piece "The Insider" dated from June 1983 stating that TSR's Toys, Hobbies and Gifts Division was axed towards the end of June.

If the retail blank was for Jan 1983, then definitely the logo would have been created no later than late 1982 to make it into that particular retail order blank.
