I thought it looked more like Jeff Dee but Laura confirmed it was done by Erol. Here is the full story:

Laura was a big outdoor enthusiast and loved cross country skiing. Erol was a young kid when he came to Lake Geneva to work for TSR. Laura took him cross country skiing. At one point she told him she would take the lead along a particularly challenging area in the woods. Erol deferred to her expertise and she took off ahead and promptly hit a rock with a ski-tip and went down into the snow in a heap. Erol came up and swished to a neat stop saying, "Is this the way you people ski in Wisconsin?" They both burst out laughing as Laura lay there in the snow. She was soon in a cast and recovering from a badly twisted knee and torn ligaments. Erol and Jean Wells both created get well cards for her which were signed by most of the staff in the Dungeon Hobby Shop, Pre-Press, Art, Design, and Development.

That's Willingham. The stylization of the teeth, eyes and nose give it away. See Willingham's work in V&V Death Duel With the Destroyers, for more examples.

The only doubt in my mind is the skew (lack of left-right symmetry) in the face. But that could be an artifact of it being a quicker sketch or something.
