How do we go about adding details for the new WotC printings of the OD&D box set and supplements to the site?

Same Q for the AD&D reprints, for that matter :)

Provide me the print information so I can plug it directly in to the page with minimal effort, and provide a scan or two for each print.  :)  The more work I have to do, the longer it's going to take me to get to it.  Therefore, adhering to the style of the print descriptions is helpful -- I don't (usually) list every variance; a sentence or two is usually sufficient to differentiate a print.

Adding prints is also a heck of lot less work than adding a whole new page.  So completely new items often take me a while longer to add.

I would consider those.  The point, after all, is to alleviate confusion on what printing # an item is, and someone could legitimately confuse the NTRPGCon prints with earlier versions.

Has anything ever become of this?

I would be willing to help with the information gathering if the project is a go.

Have a zip file with cover scans and a text document highlighting the features of the reprints (hopefully adhering well enough to the existing format on the Acaeum that little or no editing is needed)!

reprints.zip - Google Drive

The scans are pretty huge (2M, 600x600 jpg, 8.5x11), but can be reduced as needed.

I have scans of the OD&D set prepared at this point as well.  I haven't yet started on the "identifying traits" document yet, but I have my set handy for when I get some free time.

OD&D Reprint.zip - Google Drive  <== scans/pix of EVERYTHING in the box (It's a big file ~ 17MB)

* bump *

Is there still interest/intent in adding these?
I still have copies of the stuff I scanned/typed if needed again.
