I ran this past Foul and we thought a post might be helpful.

Does anyone know if The Dragons life story index (August 1980, issue #40) and the Ultimate Article Index (August 1986, issue #112) were ever produced independent of their respective Dragon magazine issues for distribution/sale?

I have a copy of each, that are not photocopies and have price stickers from a store on the back of each cover.  The paper for both shows age and the staples look like the staples from the OD&D set and supplements (including the rust   ).  The Dragon life story has a heavier card stock front and back "cover" and the back cover is perforated along the edge (like something was attached to it at one point).

Anyone with any info on either of these?
