Okay, I'm no expert in Dragon or Dungeon Magazine, having focused my collecting time and money primarily on D&D and AD&D books and mods, so I have to pose this question to the greater (and more knowledgeable) community.

This weekend, my son asked me what my favourite adventures were when I was his age (he's 15).  After listing off the typical mods, he amended his question.  "What was your favourite solo adventure?" I had to stop for a second and think.  I almost always GM'd and rarely played, but when I did play, I had a fairly high level assassin.  I started to recall an adventure printed in either Dragon or Dungeon, called  (I think) "the Assassin's Run".  There may have even been an "Assassin's Run 2" later on.  This adventure was for a solo assassin, a very rare adventure indeed.  I actually developed a solo adventure for an assassin type adventurer in my game system because of this great article/adventure!

I'd like to get my hands on that book again; does anyone know what issue that was in?  Did I recall the name correctly?

As an aside, I Googled it, and it says that "Assassin's Run" was included in a Bloodstone module (H1-H4), without Ed Greenwood's knowledge.

I have this vague idea that it was reprinted as well, Scott, but I wasn't thinking of H1-4 (or, perhaps I was, and don't realize it ).

When Jason said box set, that rung a bell, but I (and maybe he) was probably thinking of "Into The Forgotten Realms", a version of which ended up in the original grey box.
