Greetings to Everyone,

We've launched a new channel on Youtube (link is the banner in my signature) dedicated to the original games and companies that formed our hobby. I hope that you check us out, join in and engage in the debates and also point out anything we could be doing in addition to what we've stated we'll be doing.

This is all in good fun for us, and I'm joined my the Swords & Wizardry editor for Frog God Games who will be covering OSR products while I run with the historical side to give a degree of separation and clarity.

There's a blooper in the intro vid - no doubt it will be spotted immediately      During the filming I come to a section where I discuss the Games Workshop edition of Holmes Basic and also B/X and had a sinking moment of 'bugger...' when I realised that both were by my right foot!  Still, these things happen  

Do join us - we're having some special guests on the show and we have a lot of ground to cover, all of which would be helped by the denizens of this forum where I have lurked for quite some time for collecting reasons, but never joined in.

I just watched the Intro video and I loved it!  Can't wait to watch the rest.    

PS: I'm drooling over some of your gaming products.

This is incredible.  I've learned a lot already, too.
I created a new playlist favorites for this.

I'm particularly looking forward to watching the old school vs. new school video (the one that shows the red box next to PFR).

I'm afraid I'll have to take issue with one of the posts on that proboards thread:

This describes an exterior sphere (touching all vertices), rather than an interior sphere (touching all faces). I suppose the most convenient illustrative example would be a mind flayer collapsing a victim's brain from within or without. Which is of course why sets of polyhedron models are so useful in teaching young budding illithids, & why this is the true origin of D&D dice.

Hmmm... I have heard of this Rob Kuntz fellow you speak of.
