Don't know if I've posted this before.  In honor of the tenth anniversary of this advertisement (a few months from now):

As one of the newest members here, let me congratulate you (and all the members that maintain it) on this continuing, 10 year old idea. May the Gods bless it for decades more.

Hector.

I am curious, did any members find the site via that ad?

Nope. I stopped reading Dragon about a year before, when I got out of 3E.

Not entirely sure how I ended up here now that I think about it... :?

I don't think I've heard from anyone who actually found it in the magazine.  Money well spent!  :)

Me neither,  I got here via eBay, as I suspect many did... I was looking to sell a few comics and wondered whether or not my old D&D collection might be worth a few bob...

I found it via a search engine around 6 years ago :)

Pretty much the same. Found through google roughly 6-7 years ago. Lurked for a couple of years before actually joining.

In fact, I think I may have been searching for some old school gaming of the Pelinore campaign and I think it was as part of a search that had taken me to the WotC site for their old files in the download section.

I found it after winning an eBay auction and then Googling to find out what I'd bought. Acaeum was the only place the auction was being discussed, so that's how I got here.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

I was wondering the same thing.

I got here when I decided to start collecting the 1st edition books I used to use and did an internet search.  Any in typical Acaeum fashion, found there was ton more stuff I didn't realize existed and then started adding them to my want list (in case I ended up stumbling across them for a good price).

Old timer on the site, but used it more for the information rather then the forums.  Only did start on the forums after winning a 4th print white box with extras and asked about it.
