An excellent list. You must now track down all his interior work.

He also did illustrations for Kenzerco. I know of at least one for the hacked version of D1-2 but I can't remember its name.

EO's work is incredible so I hope that there are dozens of cover illustraions out there yet to be found.

He also did the cover art and some interior illustrations for the AD&D Deities and Demigods book, the 1981 Moldvay Basic D&D box cover and rulebook, and the 1981 Cook/Marsh Expert D&D box cover and rulebook

I don't have it handy to check, but I recall a very cool colour illustration in the interior picture booklet in S3 barrier Peaks... A green slimy thing... love that one

I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

This is probably pushing the definition of "cover", but his piece on the (in a holding pattern for several years now) front page of his own website (http://www.erolotus.com/) is super creepy. Which of course for Otus is synonymous with super cool. If I had to give it a title, I would call it, "My Marriage."
