I will be, due to work requirements, be in Boston at the end of April for 4 days and I figured, while there, I would check into the local game and hobby shops and see what could be uncovered. Unfortunately, I will not be able to have (much/) any gaming time, but may have around 10 hours (total) of 'free' time with which I can use to look around so I hoped some board members may know the area... I've never been to Massachusetts, so it should be interesting in any event.

I have found some information on the following, but any firsthand knowledge would be appreciated...

Pandemonium Games and Books
Your Move Games
The Games People Play
The Compleat Strategist
The Hobby Bunker

Admittedly, some of these are not "in" Boston, but hopefully in nearby areas.

Please delete / move if this is not appropriate to this forum or section.

I was in Cambridge last summer and found a little hobby store. Don't remember the name but I just googled 'Hooby store Cambridge', or some such, and it came up. Easy to find. I didn't find lots of early D&D but it was cool enough.

Hector.

Pandemonium is an excellent games and SF&F books store:  good stuff, for sure.  I checked it out while there a few years ago

There are also several threads on stores in Boston on ENWorld worth check out:  https://www.google.com/search?q=boston+ ... =firefox-a

I'll be in Boston in 2 weeks.  I'd be happy to check out any of the shops you are interested in and let you know what good stuff they still have that I didn't buy.
