1) 1st Print Wood Grain OD&D Box Set
2) 1st Edition Chainmail
3) 1st print with cover folder: Palace of the Vampire Queen
4) The Ghost Tower of Inverness (Any Green folder version)
5) TIE: Rahashia (Daystar West) And/or Pharaoh (Daystar West)

None of the above are likely to happen, so I have a more realistic top 10 list for which realism is the key.

The easy answer for me is just about everything, since I am new to seeking the uncommon stuff. However, since you asked :wink:

1. Any wood grain in good shape
2. The R series
3. 1st Edition Chainmail
4. Palace of the Silver Princess Orange
5. Original piece of art from early artists (not sure which since I have an emotional attachment to so many of the early imagery.

Of things I do not currently have and do dearly hope to obtain some day...

1) The Domesday Books, as many as can be found to exist
2) OD&D 1st print, with all supplements of 1st print [I have the latter, not the former, alas]
3) Original Tournament modules
4) Complete "The 'Dwarven' Quest for the Rod of Seven Parts"
5) All three Wee Warriors modules, 1st print

There are numerous other items I would love to have, but if funds and the like were available, these are what I would want to get first. Unfortunately, or perhaps for the better, I have to go for the "lesser ticket" items as I cannot afford the multiple thousands of dollars it would take to acquire it all.

If I were going to hypothetically win these things in a raffle or find an amazing surprise hidden in a lot, I'd like whatever are the 5 most expensive items, so I could resell.
I never have, and never will, I'd imagine, be in a position to drop a grand on an adventure - especially a middling to poor one, as many rares are - just to say I have it (or to keep one, rather than sell it).

As for what I genuinely intend to add to my collection -
I've got an idea for a Ravenloft-themed campaign, so I want to fill that out. Particularly Van Richten's Guides.
I really want to read the Islandia modules. There was talk of reprint interest, but that seems to have died out. And I hear prices are down, so maybe I'll just get the originals.
I'd like to collect Polyhedrons, but with the space issues I already have, I probably shouldn't.

Original art from old-school illustrators like Wham (my fave), Otus, Dee, Darlene, Roslof, etc. Alas, it is in many cases not possible budget-wise. But a room with a few of these would be my dream gaming room.

Not excepting the fact that EGG freely borrowed key elements from "U.N.Owen... cough" and the earlier published SoA rules, so where d'you draw the line? Surely not just where Gary stuck his name on the rule(sub)set currently being used?
