Something that's been bothering me slightly for a while now.
My copy of Village of Hommlet (light green cover newer version) has a slightly different form factor to all the other modules I have. It's very slightly taller (a few
mm) and narrower (again a few
mm) than the standard for first edition TSR modules.
My first thought was that it was some sort of forgery / reprint which would tally with the fact that it was in surprisingly good condition but if it is it's a very very good quality reproduction (I can't vouch for authenticity but in terms of print and paper quality, stapling and so on) and I really can't see where the money would be in that sort of thing (certainly not a the price I paid).
I don't care one way or the other - I bought it as a playing copy and didn't spend that much on it - but I'm curious to know what people think or whether this is a known anomaly.
