I have a copy of a 5th print DM Screen that is 10-1/2" tall.
The size is the same for both sets of triple screens.
The outside of each triple sreen is laminated but inside of both triple screens is paper, no lamination.
It looks to me that neither screen has been cut after-distribution.
Is this the same for all copies of this printing?
Very possible I simply overlooked it, but I did not see a size variation for various printings (from 11" tall) for any of the screens.
And Lamination inside seems to be a change starting with 4th prints.

Just had a look at my fifth, fifth+ and sixth prints, all panels are same size as yours, 10-1/2" tall, no lamination inside, only on outside.

UPDATE:
All of my copies of the following are 10-1/2" tall, rather than 11" as indicated in the description on the front cover of each Screen and in the Descriptions in the Acaeum Index.
The 4th, 5th, 5th+, and 6th prints of the TSR DM Screens.
I have also dug out three copies of the Ninth Print and all three sets (including the module Terrible Trouble at Tragidore) are 10-1/2" tall.
I do not have a copy of it, but I suspect the 4th+ print is also 10-1/2" tall.
My 4th Print has no lamination inside either screen, nor any overlap from the front.
My copy of REF 1 (Stock 9148) Dungeon Master Screen & Master Index is also 10-1/2" tall.

My copies of 9457 (Fighter's Screen) and 9468 (Wizard's Screen) are 10-3/4" tall.

The Acaeum Index does not list the dimensions of the later prints (after the 4th) listed in this thread.

Maybe this is not a significant enough difference to address...

I'm curious now.
I just got a copy from Troll & Toad.
A sticker was taped to the front that said "4th, 5th or maybe 6th print DM screen".
I thought that was amusing.
I'll take a closer look at its specs tomorrow.
