Thanks! Hopefully nobody finds anything wrong.

The first "bug" is that I wasn't able to convert avatars. Therefore, you'll need to upload or link to an avatar manually, via the User Control Panel above. As mentioned in the New Features post, this has the happy side-effect of letting you upload any ol' picture and it will resize it for you.

It won't resize my avatar. I'll keep trying and try a few others, but so far none of the ones I've tried to upload will fit. All are under 2 mg in size.

Wow, you're quite a barbarian-looking character.

Should be fixed now. You may need to enter "0" for the height & width so it will properly resize.

Hey Foul, one issue with the avatar system. It appears to remove the transparency of a supplied gif file.

Not sure if this is a bug - but there doesn't seem to be anything distinguishing "sticky" threads from normal threads. Most forums have a different icon next to the sticky threads.

Yeah, I was all proud of myself, getting rid of extraneous stuff like icons and whatnot. Then I realized you can't tell the stickies from the normal topics, except for the fact that they stick up at the top.

So I'm working on that right now.

Is there an advantage to requiring login for searching? On Dragonsfoot you can can search without logging in. I appreciate that since I often read various forums without bothering to log in. Though lately I've just been searching in Google using "site" (e.g., "site:www.acaeum.com"). It seems that all of the old threads are available there so logging isn't really necessary to access them.
