What the hell? I thought we had a thread like this but can't find it (okay, I didn't dig back any farther than the first page, plus I'm probably getting blind...).

Anyway, picture is of a mint, shrinkwrapped OCE, but the actual auction is apparently for the booklets only, in "VG" condition:

...since I had been tempted with the price and what was being shown in the picture...

Has anyone heard of a 232 page, Revised Edition DMG with the Random House credit? Seller boasts of the 232 page count, but shows the Revised Edition title page. Did he cut out the last six pages? Question sent to seller.

Someone explain this bizarre description to me...

It's heavily used, but it's in shrink with a hanger, but it's a stock photo of a module in shrink with a hanger. Makes it seem like the module is used, but comes with the shrinkwrap and the hanger, which I suspect isn't the case. But the price sounds about right for shrink. God only knows.

Eesh. How does this seller do it?

I look at the listing and just have to wonder, what with the tiny pic which may as well not exist, and the atrocious use of the lingo.

That and not having a clue about the weight...

There's no way to tell without questioning him or seeing a different picture, but it sounds like he might have a notebook with copied pages of the PH and probably a bunch of other copied works or stuff as well. Who knows?
