I've still never been to GenCon. I feel like an Muslim who hasn't been to the Hajj. Gah... maybe, maybe.

Me too!

Maybe someday. Already the wifey agreed to take me to next year's NTRPG  (provided I don't dress up like an orc or something   :D).

So misunderstood...

I'll be there, probably without my wife & children this year. I'm at the downtown Marriott as well. Is Rohan coming Jeff?

I know I said I was going this year, bringing a carload of JG to sell, but now with Texicon moving to July and a possible summer cruise on the horizon, it's again a maybe.  Someone needs to save me a space on their floor in case I'm a last minute attendee.

Does this mean you will have more time to party with your Acaeum brothers?

Probably not tis year, he may have summer camp at the same time.  We are considering taking our 2nd oldest boy (Logan) but have not made the final decision on that one yet.

I'm planning a wedding and hopefully  a honeymoon. THEN, hopefully buying a house. All before the end of the year. So, no Gen Con for me this year. Maybe 2013, but almost a positive for 2014. Assuming the world doesn't end, of course. Pesky Mayans.

So for 2012, what can we expect? If I went could I find a 1st or 2nd ed game to join in? Do they even have games running or is it more about exhibits and venders?

Hi,

we arent attending this year.

Too much hassle/expense flying in and out of the UK this summer, because of the Olympics.

Cheers,

Maybe you could rent out your place of residence for the Olympics, to cover the cost of Gencon...  PDT_Armataz_01_34
