TSR did a "spinner wheel dice"?

I know this is not from TSR: it came with my Mystara/Karameikos brazilian set (for 2ed), made by the first brazilian publisher of AD&D.

i was wondering just 2 things:
-how is this called in english
-did TSR produced one of this?

It reminds me of TSR's combat wheel, somewhat.

But I don't think TSR made a random number wheel, did they?

No, TSR didn't make a spinner.  The only other item like that I've heard of is Pandora's Dice Wheel.  Here's a picture I posted a while ago (with a couple Dragonbones).

well, this wheel is to replace the dice. i think its nice, but it would never replace the original thing ;)
