Just hopped over to http://www.tomeoftreasures.com/ and ended up at a parking page. Anyone know what's going on?

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

Indeed...

After checking the whois database, the domain name was registered from 11-05-2003 to 11-05-2011. Obviously, eight years later, this has been forgotten and it seems the domain name has been purchased by some kind of internet names reseller.

Maybe the site will be back with a slightly different name (or maybe I just misunderstood what happened, but I'm afraid not)

When was the last time anyone actually posted or updated anything there? I'd check it out once in awhile to look for something in their research forums and I'd happen by the general forum and there hadnt been anything posted for months.

I'll have to check into it. Usually their is a probation period after the domain name expires before anyone can buy it. Funny I never got an emails to renew it.

I found out that the domain didn't actually expire but one of the domain servers changed and the entry wasn't updated. Everything should be back up within a 24 hour period.

It's true, the site has been adrift in a windless sea for quite some time. Several of us are very interested to see the work done, remain available for research purposes. As such, we remain dedicated to keeping it up, if not feeding it regularly along the way.
