If this individual is the shady character he seems to be, how in the hells of Zamooth can he have 100% FB on over 29K transactions?
I ran across him this weekend when I was Searching Upper Works to see if it had any value to speak of. (I have a mint copy.)

Your % rating is only calculated over a 12 month period, furthermore, it is rounded up, so provided you have less than 5 complaints per 1000 over the preceding 12 month period, you are 100% squeeky clean. There was rumour eBay were going to change it to six months to increase the clenliness of their sellers, but I don't know if it actually happened yet.
This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

All that, plus Cougie has had little choice but to clean up his act. The tolerance for bad sellers is pretty low now, and a buyer can get his money back for basically any reason, and a bad

or two is much worst than a negative feedback. I still wouldn't buy from him due to issues I still hear about from buyers (poor condition items, inflated shipping, etc).

I am still smarting from the Hydell I bought from Cougie years back. I paid just $100, but the description said 'a few light pencil marks'. It is the most heavily penciled item I have ever seen. It was if it had been attacked by a muscleman with a 6B pencil.

We're all aware of CougarRetard's reputation. I don't think it was appropriate to start 3 separate threads about him in the Acaeum, despite your bad experience. We're not into flame wars, we're into collecting.
