I received a copy of WG4 with the header from hamilcar. Even if some of his items are damaged, they are, as far as I know, legit and this has never been discussed.
So, I looked to the Acaeum description of the header:
"WG4 Forgotten Temple of Tharizdun: Identified as a Second print on the WG page.
Orange header, glued to the shrinkwrap . Module itself, separate from the header, is indistinguishable from a First print."
And
"Second: Identical to the First print, but has an
orange cardboard header stapled to the top backside of the shrinkwrap, with the D&D logo and some other advertising. This print was distributed to large retailers (such as Toys 'R' Us) and was designed to be hung on a rack."
Looking to the picture below, one could easily see the staples on the front of the module, going through the module.
My copy is exactly the same. The header is not glued but the staple go THROUGH the module and
BTW the header is stapled with the module and the
SW. There is only a small spot of glue on the back but it is definitely the staples that keep the header in place.
Are your copy similar? In this case, the Acaeum description wouldn't be accurate and could lead to error.
