OK, I suck at eBay

I have a few items on eBay that I thought were available to US, Canada, Europe, Australia.  My exclusion lists are set up this way to allow them.  Some of my items I've specified international s&h costs, these are fine.  On others I haven't added s&h costs and I now see eBay has these as "No International Postage".  I have tried to revise my listing, but I see no way of changing this setting, so they are not available outside UK

Can I change this?  How do I do it?  Can I allow a specific buyer to bid?

Any help on this would be much appreciated, thanks.

You can allow specific buyer by adding them on your buyer exemption list

In any case, you just have to allow bidders from country where you don't ship and in this case, anyone will be able to bid on your items.

Thanks, I've done the specific bidder bit.

As far as I was concerned I had allowed them.  I have an exemption list that should allow US/Canada/Europe/Australia, but this was a French Acaeum member who was unable to bid.

Presumably I'm just missing something really obvious here?

France and Germany both have specific boxes you can click on, or off.

Yes I have both France, Germany (and Ireland) clicked ON to cover.
I really think I'm missing something.
I'll just need to take more care on future listings and make sure I put in international posting costs.
