I think this is one of those stupid ideas where the seller prints out a wikipedia page and sells it to the public

Ya, I think that is what it is too.  I think they have some kind of program to autogenerate "books" of wiki info.  They probably have some kind of spider program that starts with a base topic (something that gets a lot of hits).  It then copies that wiki page and then crawls to other links within that page to garther more "related" info.  Once a certain number of pages of info has been gathered they stop and autogenerate a book for sale.

There seem to be a number of companies doing this sort of thing.

150 pages of Wikipedia material? I'm assuming it grabs linked pages as well, in which case, some of those links may be copyrighted.
