Since the files are PDFs, you shouldn't have a problem opening them if you have Adobe Acrobat.  Supposedly the viewer can be used with Mac PC emulation software but it's nothing great anyway.  Better off to just browse and open them in Acrobat Reader.

PDF files are named Drmgxxx.pdf, where xxx is the issue number. Strategic Review files are named Strvxxx.pdf, again where xxx is the issue number.

The browser isn't anything to write home about when it comes to viewing the files, but is excellent for searching through multiple issues.

Last thing to keep in mind: there are several inserts missing from the archive. WotC I believe still has a page up for downloading those files, but they missed one insert, which I have: Creature Catalog I.
