Hello. My friend has a TSR D&D rulebook published in the UK by Games Workshop in 1977. I can't find anything much on the internet about it, and wondered whether anybody here knows how it was sold? My friend says that he bought it new back in '77, and it came in a bag, a ziplock or something. He also thinks it may have had some dice with it. I've never seen one of these before, so would be interested in anything that anyone knows.

Edit: PS was just looking at the wandering monster table. Sure enough, there do seem to be several entries on that table that aren't otherwise described in the book. Most fearsome of all, if the party are three levels below ground, and they are unlucky enough to roll a 6 on the table, they encounter 2-5 Vicars! Aaaaaargh enough with the cucumber sandwiches.
