I came across an ad in Polyhedron from 1999 offering 6 inch stained glass with the TSR logo (the round one with the red dragon) for $39.95... they're described as being Limited Edition and produced only in runs of 500... also, a 3 foot version was offered on a one-off basis for $4500 (!)...
