I'll start fulfilling orders November, 2 but some exposure never hurts!

PS: do you think I'd create specific listings for the UK and US? We are waiting for closing distribution deals there, but meanwhile...  :?:

Looks cool, who is your distributer in North America.  I will get my local shop to order me a copy.

Hi,
I think you were considering free shipping, but are you shipping free to UK?
If so, ordering tonight!

Luckily for your Brits, Europe does include the UK (at least for the Italian Post Office  :P )

For Blackmoor: my publisher is discussing with Alliance, the (by far) biggest North American distributor. I'm crossing my fingers - we will ship copies of the book next week for Alliance's and European distributors' evaluation

For Guerret: you can buy the book ad the Wild Boar booth (special introductory price just or Lucca Games at 20 euros!)

I don't have any sales figures yet, I wait for my publisher to let me know    But feedback seems quite positive!

"Ciro, yesterday I bought Hunters of Dragons, and let me congratulate you on a wonderful job done. From the introduction to the enthralling interview with Gygax, I couldn't put it down (I skipped a bit on the ac...tual product list, but just because I was still very tired from working five days on the fair but wanted to ge...t to the end). The list and the tidbits about D&D history are incredibly exhaustive and must have taken years to gather. I hope your book will have the success it deserves, because I'm really looking forward to see a second edition with color images and maybe more details (and pictures) of the more obscure materials like the party items. Good job, Ciro. (I'm writing in english because I think this book will be incredibly interesting for some of my English contacts: so remember: Hunters of Dragons is the ultimate book for the original D&D collectors and enthusiasts, and surely a big trip down memory lane)"

I have got it !

Great book, great work, there are many informations, gathered in one digest book (excellent idea!), a lot, a lot of pictures of modules, boxes...

But this is more than a compendium, I like the vintage advertisements, the history of the games, the interviews, the trivia, the notes about foreign editions...
The work is very serious and the book is very interesting to read.
I will enjoy it, for sure, thanks !

:D

Can we take that as a positive review, worth $30/25?   :D

Thanks Le Rahib/Nicolas. My publisher has a special attachment for France (he wants to enter the French game market with French language game products  8O ) so he will be very happy to hear that!

It is a positive review, about the price, well... that is your decision.
I read it and is is very interesting, more than many modules for which I have spent more bucks !

The only regret is the lack of color illustrations, but the price wouldn't be the same...

My copy arrived today and I agree, its a great book and detail on the info in the book is ideal.

Good job, well done to those involved in writing this. The JG section included is a bonus.  :D
