Then there is evidence (assuminng Wikipedia Japan is correct, but for Gaz1 and Gaz2 they got it right) that there was a Japanes edition of Alfheim:

Always in the Japanese Wikipedia there is mention of a replay book about Mystara called Mystara Apocalypse.

And it seems that the Rules Cyclopedia was transalted into Japanese too, but if I gave correctly understood the Google translations it was 'deconstructed' to be presented in three books... I quote the translated text:

Stuff like dragons is obvious.
But what about Hobbits?
Dwarves?
Greek mythology?
Japanese Ogre?!

Hell, what about the whole "Hero's Journey" idea?
Do PCs in Japan gather in the log-cabin pub,
drink dark ale, eat cheese and hard bread,
and whisper about the unspeakable horror lurking
in the noisome woods near the unholy ruins?

Does that make any sense in Asia?

There's a free mobile app called Google Translate that will take a picture of a page, parse out the language according to your setting, and translate it for you into the language of your choosing.  It's *amazingly* easy to use and enormously convenient for reading foreign language books.  The sky is the limit .

I remember back in the day when you had to attend classes, buy school books, study many hours/days/weeks/months under threat of flunking tests to learn how to write and speak a foreign language.
