Hello All,

Rick at Noble Knight Games here. I have a question regarding this item that I was hoping to get help with clearing up a discrepancy on. A customer has asked me about the number of counters in this game as it seems everyone lists this product as containing two countersheets for a total of 156 counters. However, I have 2 unpunched copies and have counted both copies numerous times. I keep coming up with 148 counters. On the 2 unpunched countersheets I have:

48 Lacedon counters
8 Sea Hag counters
24 Sea Elf counters
24 Merman counters
16 Heavy Cavalry counters
16 Light Cavalry counters
5 Chariot counters
5 Sea Dragon counters
1 Amphidragon counter
1 King of the Deep counters

So either my brain and calculator have forgotten how to do simple math, there is actually suppose to be another small countersheet with 8 more counters on it, or everyone listing this item as 156 total counters has been listing this item incorrectly.

I was hoping someone here might be able to help shed some light on this matter.

I don't see a problem with the listing here.  TSR Archive has the error though.

The only thing I see listed on here is this, which does add up to 148

DL12 BattleSystem counters (done in blue and green): 24 Mermen, 24 Sea Elf, 48 Lacedon (24 dark, 24 Light), 8 Sea Hag, 12 Heavy Calvary Seahorse, 4 Heavy Calvary Sea Slug, 16 Light Calvary (8 Green, 8 Blue/white), 5 Chariot, 5 Sea Dragon, 1 Amphidragon, 1 King of the Deep.  Also includes a set of Talis cards (thanks to Dan Harshman for this info).  

I checked the Tome, too, but didn't see that specific info that you posted.

Lol, luckily for me, 10 years of working on computers and the internet has given me the ability to find little things like that button rather easily!

Hmm, didn't notice that either.

And a quick fix by FF - nice!

I just assumed it was on the rear cover!  Is the count of "156" anywhere inside -- or on the cover of -- the module?

My guess it was just a multiplication error at some point, as some of the counters are in rows of 8 - someone multiplied by 13 instead of 12 or whatever.
