I bought a legal retail sealed copy off eBay a while back.  Skimmed a bit, but not much else.

Besides having an interface straight out of the mid-80s (it came out in 99) it refuses to recognize my printer ('unsupported type' - it's a perfectly common HP).  
Tried the built-in upgrade and registration options - both failed.  
Went to Wizards support page and downloaded the patch.  
Doesn't self-extract/apply the way normal download patches do, but I think I finally applied it correctly - no difference, though.

The only way I could print what I wanted was to convert the article to PDF...ONE PAGE AT A TIME, then print each 5MB PDF page - very slowly.

I'm pretty pissed at the abominable quality of this crap right now.
I know I saw most/all of this CD available online (free & illegal), but I had to go and be honest about and shell out significant $ for it.   :roll:

Does anyone know how to get the damn thing to work right or know the address to a site where it's available (I lost it and can't find it again)?

Thanks!  I was so mad after dealing with the shitty interface, it never even occured to me they would have the same files in a standard format on the discs!
