I didn't know War of Wizards existed, nor did I know TSR had made any other products in the same format as OD&D.

A friend of mine had Star Empires when we were about 12 or 13.
I vaguely remember it.

), but a later Zocchi copy that he purchased from an auction in Edinburgh (UK).

Kynan was 100% certain it was a fake until I convinced him otherwise, once he'd toned down his stroppiness; "Your post contributes nothing in that direction", "The Tome is not a stage, David. I think you'll find that the Acaeum much more capable in that department", etc. )

You'd expect people to grumble when being told their item was a fake. Others grumble when they're told it's not (even putting $$ on the line, as well).



$250 is reasonable enough, IMO. The original purchase price was lower, but it had rather slipped the net save for myself and Kynan.
