At some point, Polyhedron started being shipped in a polybag (just like Dragon and Dungeon were).  Anyone know when that started?  I'm guessing it's #126, with the WOTC acquisition, but I'm not certain.  Additionally, anyone have a list of the inserts that were included in the bags?  I'm sure of the following:

128: Alternity fast play rules
130: Player's Secrets Of Hogunmark, ad postcard

and I have an RPGA membership ad sheet that I think goes with #129.

(Anyone know when Dragon and Dungeon started being bagged?  I have 197 and 45, respectively, in my notes, but I don't recall where I got that info.)

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

I think some of the Living Greyhawk Journals came with certain issues too.

The first five LGJ were stand-alone magazines, and were mailed in no protective covers/polybags (otherwise I wouldn't have had to ask for replacements of a few when they got trashed in the mail).

I thought #2 was mailed in a polybag with the map.
