The 2010 Acaeum Annual Dinner is scheduled for 7pm on August 4 at the Rathskeller.

I thought about changing the venue as last year's service had some problems.  However, I have had little time with the job and NTRPGcon to scout new venues.  So maybe next year.

Please use this thread to let me know if you are planning to attend and how many in your party.

Martin

Just me.

Martin,
I can't say for sure, but probably not. I am the varsity youth football coach for our school district and we practice M-F. I don't think I can get away. But I am planning on making the trip for Saturday/Sunday. Just will not know for sure until it gets close.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

Hiya,

Yes, but unfortunately we are going over Indy on the Tuesday.

Are you in the Chicago area then? :)

Cos if you are going back on the Monday, maybe we could sort something?

Cheers,
Malc

Unfortunately, Bill and I are going down to Indy on Wednesday, and coming back Sunday.  So we can't help you out, Malc.  IO is from the Chicago area, so maybe he can.

I may be going to Gencon this year with my brother. I'll ask him what his plans are for the con...

Hiya,

thanks all.

We are currently planning to fly to Indy from Chicago on the Tuesday, and then either rent a car or get a booked taxi back on the Monday (extra luggage then).

However, nothing is booked yet :)

Be happy to pay petrol etc.

Cheers,
Malc
