Just received a parcel from mondiversi (italy), my first order from them.
I was surprised to receive a mint module in a padded envelope (very thin padding) without any form of protection inside, no cardboard, no polybag to avoid tearing into the SW !. Module was bent during transport and a few visible creases appeared.

I sent a mail to inform the seller, the answer was a little bit disappointing.
"Hello, certanly this is a carelessness of our forwarding department because we usually put every module between two rigid carbdoards"

No "sorry", just that.

I'm considering other items from this seller but I'm not really sure now.

I read here (do not find in which post) that mondiversi is a kind and serious seller. What is your feedback about this seller ?

Honestly, I couldn't say. I only purchased from them directly, at conventions. Amos is a (moderately) nice guy, can even make some good discounts, but I don't know what happens if there are issues on a purchase.

I have always had good luck with M. Never a packaging problem, either.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

I often bought items from Mondiversi in the past 10 years and never had problems : always found strong cardboards within their jiffy bags ; so i think they really forgot to add them in your package.

I've just red this complain.
We usually do our best to protect item we ship... both 5 euro items and 100 euro items.
As explained we made a mistake during the enveloppe process and we admited it... so, very sorry about that. Next time we will do better :-)
