I would probably suggest that if you have a basic table of contents in mind then you could pass out chapters to be written and then do some editing to compile it all together.

I can probably do some writing for various chapters/sections but it all depends on your scope of the project and the deadlines etc.

One thing that HW misses, sorely, are pictures.

What, no multiple signatures of full-color glossy photos?

Good idea on print runs but unfortunately generally speculative (and often contentious) with a few obvious exceptions. Probably have a better idea of those for JG than TSR - as much thanks to a few sheets that had been left in with Bob Bledsaw's archive - and 'zine side very little hard-and-fast data at all aside from the obligatory returns.

Might be worth publishing a review and a sample PDF of what's inside.
Many people tend not to shell out that sort of money without knowing what's inside and what the published quality is.
I'd be interested to hear more.
