I checked four listings where Mister Mistery partecipated and in every case he retracted his/her bids because he entered the 'wrong amount'. I was tipped because he oubidded me on three auctions and, wonder of wonders, he retracted on all three. I have already written to the seller.

Yes they are...

You have to remove the space between the 30 and 0423926151 and the link will work.

The bidder has 4 bid retractions and bids on items from 1 seller only - looks like a shill to me.
