There is a thread in the forums about this mini.

This was a VERY limited miniature given out to TSR employees at a TSR company XMass Party in 2007.
Less than a full hand have been sold on e-Bay and those sold for well over $200 .... (Edit).

I have never seen this one sold out of it's case. They usually bring well over 250 and have sold for as much as 550 on ebay. $200 without case for this one seems about right.

They are cast clear acrylic type plastic and they do look very cool.

If you just like the look of it you can buy the Beholder Collector's Set and get 3 other cool ones with it for around $30.
