It seems to me like there are always a lot of rares on the market. Except for the really rare stuff of course  Which makes me wonder how "rare" other items are... The art is cool in that regard cause it's unique!

Of course if copies of art popped up I'd shit my pants :?

This is approaching the value of the originals 8O

Sanity check!  8O

These buyers could have been buying originals with those bids.

Another whale but I don't think he'll get any serious action with his starting bid price.

I don't know.  It comes out to about $9.00 a piece.  You could make a little money on it, if everything was near mint or better (not likely).  I personally wouldn't take it for more than $2000.00 even if I had the money.  It's a big collection.  Anybody think Coug will take it? :?:

At least this one is a lot closer to reality than the last one... what was that, like $7k?

Can anyone comment on the game functionality of this, versus the Combat Computer from Dragon 74?  Thanks.

He says "anything on here goes for $10-20 dollars," that is where he is wrong.  Some of that stuff does, but most of it is pretty commonplace.  His asking price is what a reseller might hope to gross from that lot, if it is in above average quality.

You are also missing the time function. His asking price is what A reseller might get over how long a period of time. Unless the seller is simply going to get rid of the junk and commonplace (which makes up most of that auction) they are going to sit on this stuff a long, long time, if they aren't sitting on many duplicate copies of the same things already.

A reseller can use 3 grand much more effectively than dropping it on this mostly lack luster collection.

I'll be up there at the end of the month...but not sure if they will keep them that long for local pickup or not. Probably easier/better if there's an actual member living up there.

And no clue on shipping to AU

10:05am CST and the bid ended 3 hours ago...

Too bad, that was a really nice lot, really cheap.

I would have been interested in a few books.  The seller is the Devil's Due Ebay account.  Devil's Due is the company that has been producing D&D comics for the last number of years.  I bought a couple items from the seller back in 2006.

This appears to be a page from a comic book - an ad for D&D
